In this second video of my gravel bike upgrade series, I’ll be swapping out a bunch of parts on my Retrospec Harper bicycle. Watch as I install some capable off-road tires, replace my chainring, pedals, a lay-back seat post, handlebars, grips and install new bull horns, toe clips and mud guards, giving my one-time dainty single speed a meaner more swole appearance (insert growl). If you missed my first video, I installed a 3-speed hub on the bike and stay tuned for my third video, where I plan to install a front brake.
